Dr Helena Eixarch is a Senior Cosmetics & Toxicology Consultant providing regulatory support to clients in the cosmetics industry, including label compliance, Product Information Files, Cosmetic Product Safety Reports and Responsible Person duties. In addition, her expertise also covers product hazard classification according to the CLP regulation, biocides submission dossiers (human health toxicology) and endocrine disruptor assessment of biocides and pesticides. Helena has a degree and a PhD in Biochemistry. She holds a Diploma in Cosmetic Products Safety Assessment and is a European Registered Toxicologist.
